Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient service? We're looking for a dedicated Office Secretary to support our fast-paced medical offices with outstanding clerical and administrative expertise.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist patients and clients both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and verify insurance information accurately Maintain patient demographics and update records in the system Address patient questions or refer them to appropriate personnel when needed Keep patients informed about scheduling delays or changes Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations Keep the medical office neat and well-organized, and assist with tasks like scanning, sorting mail, and preparing forms
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office setting and computer use preferred
Skills:
