Certified Nursing Assistant
- Base pay that commensurate with experience, plus shift differential for all three shifts
- $10,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time hires
- Full-time (all three shifts), part-time (all three shifts) and weekend warrior positions available

- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant-I (CNA-I) in Maryland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
- Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
- Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
