Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks. Type job proposals as needed in QuickBooks. Credit card reconciliations.
Miss Utility Ticket:
Receive request, process online or via phone call. Payroll - Gather employee timesheets, check GPS and calculate hours by person. Track and maintain vehicle registration. Maintain Employee DOT and DOT violations files. EZ Pass Transponders. Assist with insurance, licensing, and general administrative duties. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and employees. Perform other office duties as assigned. Filing. Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required. Experience with QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow established procedures and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. What We're Looking For Pays close attention to detail. Learns quickly and takes accurate notes during training. Takes ownership of their work and strives for accuracy. Can prioritize tasks in a busy office. Maintains confidentiality with payroll and financial information. Works well with a team while being able to complete tasks independently.
