Job Description
The Honey Paw is hiring seasonal Servers and Bartenders! We have a fast-paced work environment that thrives on prioritization and communication, operating at a high level of team service while spinning records and having a good time. We are looking for someone who can bartend and serve. We're seeking people with: A genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality At least 2 years of restaurant experience (preferred) A team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn, be motivated to work hard and have high professional standards Experience with leadership roles (preferred) or demonstrates leadership skills Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Mix and serve full bar service drinks to guests, directly at the bar or indirectly to waitstaff Manage the cleanliness and efficiency of the bar area during service Create a hospitable environment and help create guest connections Assist in floor service whenever possible Be a point person for staff to come to with questions about POS System, reservations, guest interactions/concerns, and cash out questions and help resolve said issues when possible or escalate to General Manager Be a strong role model for customer service and hospitality Be pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations Complete manager log in Toast at end of each shift We offer an educating and exciting community environment with competitive compensation and a benefits package for eligible employees which includes: health care, dental, vision, 401(k), and a Big Tree Hospitality company discount!
