Job Summary
WE ARE HIRING
a Full Time Front Desk/Receptionist Join a dynamic and talented team at our well-established, independently owned physical therapy clinic. We provide a supportive work environment focused on excellent patient care and teamwork. We are seeking a dependable and organized individual with strong attention to details to help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and excels at multitasking in fast-paced settings.
The Schedule Hours :
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Weekends :
None.
Key Responsibilities Patient Care :
Greet patients, manage check-in/out, and process patient forms.
Communication :
Answer multi-line incoming phone calls and manage clinic faxing.
Scheduling :
Coordinate and book patient appointments accurately and handle schedule management for multiple team members.
Financials :
Collect and post patient copays and payments.
Admin Support :
Handle daily data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications Reliability :
Dependable and punctual. Absolute reliability is crucial for opening the front office and greeting our first patients at 7:00 AM.
Tech Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
Work Style :
Able to work independently with a professional, pleasant demeanor.
Traits :
Strong communication, multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Previous roles such as medical or dental receptionist experience are beneficial but not required.
