We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Assistant Toddler Teacher to support our toddler classrooms, serving children 1

This role is essential in supporting toddlers through important developmental milestones, fostering independence, and creating a nurturing space that encourages exploration and discovery. What You'll Do Support the implementation of daily curriculum activities based on The Creative Curriculum , aligned with the Maine Early Childhood Learning Guidelines Create a warm, structured, and engaging environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth Model best practices in positive guidance, language development, and child-led play Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication and professionalism Mentor supporting staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and teaching Maintain a consistent schedule within our operating hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-5:30pm What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years childcare experience Readiness to step confidently into a lead role A passion for child development and supporting emerging skills Ability to maintain a calm, patient, responsive environment Willing and able to complete a federal background check Preferred Education CDA or ECE Degree (preferred) Level 2 MRTQ We proudly support continued education and professional growth Benefits Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Personal Time 401(k) with Match Monthly Bonus (based on MRTQ level) Discount on Child Care Paid Training and ongoing professional development If you're a nurturing educator who thrives in a busy, energetic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

$16.00
