This entry‑level role is designed to provide hands‑on training and exposure to a variety of administrative and clerical functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and committed to delivering high‑quality support to staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Answer and route phone calls and provide basic customer assistance Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Maintain accurate records and update databases as directed Support staff with scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks Learn and apply office policies, procedures, and workflow processes Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar programs) Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to grow into more advanced clerical responsibilities Strong customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Why Join Us?
