This role acts as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Merchandising, and Leadership to ensure efficient workflows, accurate administrative processes, and a positive customer experience. The Store Administrator helps maintain operational readiness while providing administrative, systems, customer service, and sales support to both internal teams and customers. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative Support Support daily store operations and administrative functions to ensure business readiness and efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation within NetSuite and other company systems. Process customer payments, financing transactions, deposits, and related administrative activities in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate operational workflows, transfers, and communication between departments and store locations. Monitor open tasks, communications, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion. Provide administrative support to store leadership, including scheduling, reporting, record management, and special projects. Serve as a back-up on phones, only when all other sales associates are engaged with customers. Systems & Process Support Serve as a primary resource for NetSuite and operational process support. Assist with system testing, process improvements, and operational initiatives designed to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support data integrity and maintain accurate business records. Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation and training resources. Customer Service & Sales Support Provide a positive customer experience by assisting customers, supporting sales staff, and facilitating effective communication. Assist with customer inquiries, order-related questions, scheduling, pickups, payments, financing transactions, and administrative needs. Provide first-level resolution for customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate. Support sales operations through timely communication, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams. Showroom, Facility & Inventory Support Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment. Monitor office, showroom, and operational supply levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Assist with inventory-related processes, merchandising activities, pricing updates, transfers, and showroom presentation standards. Coordinate facility maintenance needs and operational readiness initiatives as appropriate. Collaboration & Special Projects Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support business objectives. Assist with special projects, training efforts, events, operational initiatives, and process improvement activities. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Key Success Measures Success in this role is measured by: Accuracy of administrative and operational processes. Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-up items. Effective support of store teams and internal departments. Positive customer experiences and issue resolution. Strong communication and collaboration across departments. Maintenance of accurate records and system data. Consistent operational and showroom readiness. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of administrative, operational, customer service, retail support, or related experience. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/business management systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience supporting retail, sales, operations, or customer service teams. Experience with inventory management, financial reconciliation, operational reporting, or project coordination. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a retail showroom environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and move products, supplies, or materials up to 25 pounds. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
