Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and productivity tools to support administrative tasks Perform data entry and filing duties with accuracy using spreadsheets and word processing applications Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting other administrative functions Experience Previous office or front desk experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and customer support capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data management, filing systems, and productivity software Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or administrative experience that highlights calendar management, organization, and client communication skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments, enjoy engaging with people, and possess a keen eye for detail.
