Our team is dedicated to safety, precision, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our growing manufacturing team and help keep our production floor running smoothly. Position Overview Production will support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and sharp math skills. You will assist with material preparation, assembly, quality control, and general workshop upkeep to ensure our products meet strict quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and packaging of Lift King products. Measure materials with extreme precision to minimize waste and ensure a perfect fit. Interpret blueprints, work orders, and shop schematics. Convert measurements seamlessly, translating decimal readouts from digital equipment into fractions for manual cutting and standard tape measures. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely. Keep the production area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations. Load, unload, transport raw materials and finished inventory around the shop floor
Required Qualifications & Skills Advanced Measurement Skills:
Must be able to read a standard tape measure quickly and accurately.
Shop Math Competency:
Proven ability to accurately convert decimals into fractions
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long shifts, and safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Detail-Oriented:
A sharp eye for quality control and a commitment to precision.
Team Player:
Dependable attendance and strong, collaborative work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment. Familiarity with metalworking or automotive shop equipment
