Scheduling and Logistics Tech

Job Summary The Scheduling and Logistics Tech will receive, review, and process customer orders and maintain customer web portals. This role will serve as a frontline for scheduling and logistics needs as they relate to plant production. Responsibilities Receive, review, and process incoming orders whether from email or web tools. Utilize and sustain various customer web portals working within a team environment. Align with Plant Managers and processors to schedule customer orders. Work with Shipping and Quality departments to assist with customer carriers and requirements. Assist with processing receivables and following up with customers if past due. Additional responsibilities Answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting others internally as needed. May be tasked with performing support duties across different departments. Experience Must have high school diploma or equivalent. OEM web portal knowledge. Direct experience with Ford Motor Company web portal(s). Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to learn and use all customer web portals. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

From $26.00 per hour
