Job Description Company Overview Temprel Inc. is a leading thermocouple manufacturer in the industry. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers while adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Mold Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift. Job Overview As a Mold Press Operator at Temprel Inc., you will support production operations by operating molding and press equipment used in the manufacturing of thermocouple components and assemblies. This role is critical in ensuring products meet quality standards, production requirements, and customer expectations. This position is primarily 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:20 p.m. to 2:20 a.m. Training will begin on 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities Operate mold press and related production equipment according to work instructions and production schedules. Load, unload, and monitor molds, fixtures, and materials during production processes. Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications and ISO standards. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and basic testing to verify product quality. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow established procedures in alignment with
ISO 9001
2015 standards. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors. Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain production efficiency and quality standards. Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Experience operating press or molding equipment is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Familiarity with ISO-controlled manufacturing environments is a plus. Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices. Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off
