Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to assist in the daily administrative operations and ensure our office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple priorities, while providing support to leadership, staff and clients. This is a full time on-site role for an Office Coordinator at Inspire Wealth in Brighton, MI. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing phone calls, operating office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication within the team. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and various administrative tasks Answer phones, respond to emails in a timely manner and greet clients/visitors Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments and calendars Maintain office supplies Digital and physical filing systems Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records Assist leadership and team with various projects Works closely with Operations Coordinator on educational workshops; attends workshops to assist in registration check-in and scheduling of appointments (few evenings a month) Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Experience in the financial or related industry is highly preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience Proficient in Canva and creating and editing documents Compensation based on experience; retirement plan with employer match.
