Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
  • Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
  • Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
  • Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures as needed
  • Perform basic coding and billing tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to accurately record and interpret vital signs
  • Experience with patient service and care in a medical setting
  • Familiarity with hospital procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
