Flatrock is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members—creating a welcoming, polished experience while supporting essential day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do:
Front Desk & Customer Experience Great and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Office Coordination & Administration Manage office supply inventory and keep stock updated Handle filing, photocopying, faxing, and general clerical tasks Oversee spreadsheet and assist with various projects Prepare and format documents for internal and external use Support companywide meetings and events Team Support & Collaboration Assist HR, CSA team, and Executive Assistant with daily needs Help coordinate office events and supply logistics Maintain strong, positive relationships across all departments Ensure support of company values, including advocating for resident rights Specialized Tasks Conduct fingerprinting for scheduled appointments Use a variety of software tools (Microsoft Suite) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor Prior front desk, office assistant experience required Reliable transportation At Flatrock, you're more than just an employee—you're part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and growth.
