Job Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist with document preparation, application tracking, and administrative tasks for the Michigan Homeowner Assistance / Energy Efficiency programs. This role is critical in ensuring all paperwork is submitted accurately and tracking progress through state portals. Responsibilities Organize customer information. Fill out state program application forms accurately. Upload files securely to the
MIHER/MISHDA
online portals. Track application statuses and follow up on missing items. Maintain a digital filing system for all sensitive records. Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous clerical or administrative experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable Experience with MSHDA, MIHOPE, or similar government assistance programs is highly preferred. Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with PDFs, scanning, and cloud storage. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Ability to handle confidential personal and financial information securely. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
