Job Description

Assembly Associate Fowlerville Shift:
Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Assembly Associates to join our growing manufacturing team in Fowlerville. In this role, you will perform hands-on production tasks to build pre-made automotive parts and ensure high-quality components move smoothly down the line. Perfect for anyone seeking steady daytime hours and a stable schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble pre-made automotive parts and components according to specifications.
  • Use basic hand tools, power tools, and factory equipment safely.
  • Inspect finished parts and components to maintain strict quality and performance standards.
  • Follow all shop floor safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of debris.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly during an 8-hour shift.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
