Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support to enhance workflow efficiency Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and customer service excellence Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clients effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry platforms Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or office management experience that highlights multitasking capabilities and professionalism Basic real estate knowledge, tenant cloud program, and store set up.
