Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Role Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Office Coordinator for a reputable manufacturing employer in Grand Ledge, MI. This is a fast-paced administrative and customer service position supporting daily office operations, sales, materials, accounting, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing professional customer service, maintaining accurate records, coordinating customer orders, and supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. Perform document management, filing, recordkeeping, data entry, and general office duties. Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain customer orders and schedules within the ERP system using EDI, purchase orders, and releases. Work with scheduling and materials teams to communicate delivery dates to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Support sales-related administrative tasks and customer follow-up. Assist with Accounts Payable duties, including invoices, payments, and vendor accounts. Assist with Accounts Receivable duties, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations. Assist with reports, presentations, meetings, and internal communications. Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed. Job Requirements High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience. Previous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred. Previous sales support experience. EDI experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
