Grandville, MI 49418 Position Overview Advent Rivertown is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Grandville, MI. The Front Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion. Coordinate mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. Collaborate with other departments to support community events and activities. Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
