  • Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible to provide a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations. What You'll Do
  • Perform routine daily administrative and office support operations.
  • Assist with field and operational activities in association with Administrative Coordinator.
  • Execute company document control procedures.
  • Ensure the execution of company policies and procedures.
  • Proofread and format proposals and change requests prior to sending to customers.
  • Set up jobs in JD Edwards
  • Route contracts through MJE's internal routing system. What You'll Bring
  • A basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and data entry skills, and prioritizing
  • Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proven communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred)
  • 1-2 years of administrative and/or clerical experience What You'll Get
