- Safety We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant that has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to the Safety Department. What You'll Do
- Provide daily administrative and support to office and field personnel, including establishing work priorities and workflow.
- Carries out administrative duties such as communications, filing, printing, binding, scanning, material ordering and distribution.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems; ensure the confidentiality and security of files
- Review and process department records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures, maintain office records
- Support aspects of the annual training requirements
- Ensure the execution of company policies and procedures
- Process and distribute internal and external mail and FedEx shipments
- Execute company document control procedures
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all AED units, including location, model, serial number, and status
- Track and ensure routine inspections are completed and documented according to company policy and manufacturer requirements
- Monitor and replace batteries, pads, and accessories based on expiration dates and inspection findings
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, recalls, and replacements with approved vendors or manufacturers What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated multi-tasking, prioritizing, and data entry skills
- Detail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred)
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or clerical support experience What You'll Get
