This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities Lease new and renewed apartments Some accounting functions Assist with training of leasing agents Miscellaneous office functions as assigned Experience Proven experience in administrative roles and at least one year leasing experience using Yardi or other property management software. Strong proficiency in Math Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience
