This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with employees, and able to handle paperwork and confidential information in a professional manner. Responsibilities Assist HR with new hire onboarding and paperwork Scan and upload employee documents Organize and maintain employee files Help new employees complete required onboarding forms Distribute employee paychecks Assist employees with basic HR questions and direct them to HR when needed Review and assist with employee timecards Help identify missing punches or timecard issues Assist with attendance and employee records Print, copy, scan, and file HR documents Prepare paperwork for employee signatures Help maintain organized HR records Assist with other administrative and HR duties as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, office, or HR experience preferred Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Good communication skills Attention to detail Ability to handle confidential employee information Dependable and able to follow instructions Comfortable communicating with warehouse employees and supervisors Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
