Schedule:
Mon-Fri Pay:

$25.00/hour (paid weekly)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties
Clerical:
Handle incoming calls; open and sort mail; assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks Create various spreadsheets and maintain data as necessary and as directed Order supplies, merchandise and products as necessary and as directed; continue to maintain and stock office supplies in a neat, organized fashion Maintain all business associated reports in an up-to-date, user friendly, and organized fashion Adhere and comply with all Safety, Security, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Company Protocols and other related compliance as dictated Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution to support successful company events and activities. Coordinate with local vendors to facilitate services, orders, deliveries, and other business needs. Assist with accounts receivable activities, including maintaining records and supporting payment-related processes. Review and code invoices in Oracle to ensure accurate processing and proper account allocation. Perform other miscellaneous tasks associated with the Administrative facet of the business and operation as necessary and as dictated by Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years' of Administrative experience High School Diploma or Equivalent
