Job Description

Job Summary The position will support Education and Occupational Programs office staff. Duties include greeting visitors, ordering books and supplies, answering phones, processing faculty evaluations, collecting background checks, and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1. Experience working in an office setting. 2. Experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Detail oriented. 5. Ability to work independently, and with others. 6. Conscientious, reliable, and confidential. Preferred Qualifications 1. Associate degree in related area. 2. Coursework in business or information technology.

$14/hour
