Job Description
Job Summary The On-Call Sciences Clerk will support the Sciences office staff. Duties include greeting visitors, data entry, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. The hours for this position may vary within a regular Monday-Friday weekly schedule and requires the ability to work both on-campus and remotely, as needed. Five (5) years of office experience with understanding of office technology (i.e. phone systems, copiers/printers). Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work independently. Conscientious and reliable.
