Dental Front Office Team Member - Join Our Growing Team! North Oaks Dental - New Hudson is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Front Office Team Member to join our growing practice! Dental experience is preferred, but NOT required. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn, works well with others, and wants an opportunity to grow within the dental field. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable learning new things, and wants to become well-rounded in all aspects of the dental front office.
What You'll Learn & Do:
You'll start with the basics and gradually be trained in all areas of our front office, including: Welcoming patients and providing great customer service Answering phones and scheduling appointments Helping keep our patient schedules organized and full Learning dental insurance and patient accounts Following up with patients who are due for care or have treatment to complete Learning how to review treatment plans, financial options, and help patients move forward with their care Working closely with the entire dental team to create a great patient experience We don't expect you to know everything on day one — we'll train you as you grow into the position!
What We're Looking For:
