Job Description

Northern Power Electric Full Time Office Assistant We are looking for a dependable full-time office assistant for our fast paced business.
Duties include:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary. Assisting with administrative tasks including copying, filing and data entry. Assist customers with storage unit pricing, availability, and rentals. Manage storage unit tenant list and payments. Perform storage unit review of each facility. Assist customers with U-Haul pricing, rentals and dispatch. Assist with maintenance of the office as needed. Manage company operations such as pulling electrical permits and coordinating with the correct power provider. Work with office staff to head up our Generator Maintenance program.
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Dependable and good time management skills. Prior experience as a office assistant or in a related field. Experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Applications and Google Drive (additional training will be provided). Valid Driver License is required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Shifts:
Tuesday
  • Friday 7:00am
  • 4:00pm Saturday 8:00am
  • 10:00am Opportunity for additional hours as needed
Pay:
$20.00
  • $24.
00 per hour
