Duties Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or team members Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues efficiently Assist in business development management by preparing reports, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives Analyze data using Excel to generate insights on financial performance and operational metrics Support full cycle recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining HR documentation Oversee managing business operations teams to ensure productivity standards are met and workflow is optimized Experience Proven experience with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Strong background in business development management and client communication strategies Demonstrated proficiency in Excel data analysis and financial analysis techniques Accounting and finance experience, including budget tracking and expense reporting Excellent phone answering skills combined with customer service expertise Leadership experience managing teams within a corporate environment or similar setting Familiarity with technical tools used in office administration and corporate research processes Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Assistant Administrator to be at the forefront of operational success!
