AUTOMOTIVE ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

3rd shift runs Sunday night thru Friday morning, 11 pm to 7 am

JOB SUMMARY

Loading, unloading, and processing of automotive lamp assemblies on high volume production lines.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Below is a listing of the job functions this position performs. Other duties may be assigned. Performs line assembly and/or support operations for high volume production line. Operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Cross-trained on various workstations to allow for rotation of employees. Maintain a working knowledge of company operating procedures and QMS standards. Inspects finished goods for specific quality characteristics and adherence to visual quality standards. Report safety, quality, production, and personnel concerns to management immediately. Stop shipment or production process for quality or safety concerns.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to meet the physical requirements of the position: Work in a standing position and be able to twist, turn, reach and bend. Able to lift 25 pounds.
