Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling the phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and physical—and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments. Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing general administrative operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records to support daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong office management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication experience; bilingual ability is advantageous Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in data entry, file management, and document processing Previous clerical or administrative experience, including front desk or personal assistant roles, is preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence!
