Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Word processing tools Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions Prepare correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure proper formatting and professionalism in all communications Provide technical proficiency in computer skills to streamline office processes and improve overall productivity Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data entry and analysis Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and client communication Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members Strong typing skills with high accuracy; ability to perform proofreading and editing tasks efficiently Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is desirable but not mandatory Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Personal assistant or front desk experience is advantageous for understanding client needs and office flow This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents will shine! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
