Job Description

Well established property management company seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused full-time administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the property. You will play a crucial role in helping the office run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Filing Scanning Computer data entry Must have minimal intermediate skills in Excel and Word software. Data entry Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience. Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized. Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and comfortable learning new skills, take direction and be a positive team player.
