ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and DUTIES Additional duties may be assigned. Types correspondence, letters, memos, check requests, and forms Greets visitors and answers routine telephone inquiries regarding grades, programs, and building procedures Takes messages and routes telephone calls appropriately Dispenses medication to students Assists with coding attendance information in PowerSchool Assist with sick or injured students Processes and logs all discipline referrals and runs discipline reports as needed Processes student work permits for the state Assists the attendance assistant when necessary Maintains CA-60 student records Distributes incoming interoffice mail and notifies staff of deliveries Completes mandatory district training annually
