Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with Chamber events, networking programs, and community initiatives Support social media, newsletters, and member communications Maintain member databases, records, and office operations Answer phones and assist members, businesses, and visitors Help create promotional materials and marketing content Support outreach, partnerships, and special projects
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Comfortable making and answering phone calls .
Hours & Schedule:
Flexible schedule, typically 12 hours per week within Monday-Thursday, 9am - 4pm. May be asked to assist with events on some evenings or weekends. Schedule can be adjusted to accommodate classes or other commitments.
Schedule:
Part-time Flexible 12-16 hours/week during regular Chamber office hours (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM) Occasional evenings/weekends for events Potential for increased hours and responsibilities over time Software Experience a
