Job Description
Under the supervision of the District Court Magistrate, performs a variety of secretarial support functions including receiving and screening calls, answering phones, taking payments, setting up payment plans, preparing and maintaining departmental records and files, and data entry. Also assists in preparing presentence files for sentencing, tracks non-probation cases to ensure compliance, files and coordinates all paperwork for the probation department and District Court.
