Administrative Assistant Wanted Join our team! We are looking for a dependable, organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing emails and mail
  • Schedule appointments and manage advisors' calendars
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Maintain files and assist with data entry
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide support to advisors and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Communicate with investment companies and clients on a limited basis
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Experience or interest in the securities industry preferred, but not necessary
  • MUST pass a background check
  • MUST pass an introductory securities exam (SIE) within 6 months of hire date What We Offer
