Job Description:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and proofread documents, including GAAP financial statements, reports, presentations, proposals, and client correspondence. Assist with data gathering and data entry into various systems. Manage and maintain electronic databases/workflow systems to track jobs and produce reports for prompt delivery of information to clients and internal teams. Provide high level clerical / administrative support to our department leaders Schedule appointments and meetings Manage multiple calendar and email accounts Prepare confidential documents that adhere to legal and public accounting standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Previous experience working with accounting, auditing, or finance programs, a plus Strong attention to detail Strong writing and grammar skills Ability to work in a team-oriented setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to grasp new technologies quickly Ability to work and communicate with multiple people at all levels in the organization Ability to work autonomously and efficiently Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Ability to take ownership of a job/project Previous experience in public accounting, a plus LI-VK1 We Put People First in all that we do.
