Job Description

Will accept students who are in need of Internship hours!! The Administrative Assistant/Assistant Human Services plays a key role in the daily operations of our Health & Counseling practice. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, scheduling appointments, Greeting clients upon entrance and supporting the overall efficiency of the front office.
Responsibilites:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and confidentially Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed Assist with insurance verification and billing-related administrative tasks Welcome clients and help create a warm, supportive environment Manage office supplies and general office organization Process paperwork, forms, and documentation Support clinicians with administrative needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
