Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Personal Training Director to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of personalized fitness programs, lead motivational coaching sessions, and ensure top-tier client service. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and fitness industry standards will drive member success and foster a motivating environment that inspires clients to achieve their health goals. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing personal training operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction Support personal trainers in creating customized workout plans based on clients' biomechanics, anatomy, and fitness levels Lead motivational coaching sessions that encourage client engagement and progress Ensure all trainers adhere to safety protocols including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and manual handling procedures Contribute to fitness program design that incorporates group fitness, sports coaching, and functional training techniques Promote fitness sales by engaging with prospective clients and supporting membership growth initiatives Maintain comprehensive records of client progress, safety certifications, liability insurance, and program documentation Qualifications Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness industry roles Strong knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and manual handling Experience designing personalized workout plans and group fitness programs Excellent client communication skills with a focus on building rapport and motivating clients Background in fitness sales and customer service within health clubs or gym environments Prior experience teaching physical education or coaching sports is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy weights safely and perform physically demanding tasks with proper technique Valid liability insurance coverage for personal training activities is preferred Join us to empower individuals on their fitness journeys while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment.
