Full Job Description Description:
Dynamic, well-established property management company seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused full-time administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the corporation. You will play a key role in operational efficiency, administrative support, and customer service. Responsibilities:
Filing Scanning Computer data entry Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. Data entry Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience. Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized. Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and comfortable learning new skills, take direction and be a positive team player.
