This role helps keep day-to-day financial and administrative processes running smoothly by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating routine office activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Key Responsibilities
- Process, review, and track invoices and related documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, files, and databases.
- Prepare routine financial and operational reports using established templates.
- Support data entry, document reconciliation, and general recordkeeping activities.
- Manage filing, scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
- Respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries and route issues as appropriate.
- Coordinate with team members to obtain missing information and help resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Protect confidential financial and customer information.
- Assist the Financial Operations Department with additional administrative projects as needed. Required Qualifications
- At least three years of administrative, finance, accounting, or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping processes.
- Experience using financial, accounting, or enterprise resource planning software.
- Customer service experience in a professional office environment.
Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers an annual salary of $50,000. Additional benefits and eligibility details will be discussed during the hiring process.
