The clerical administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. You will play a key role in employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits coordination, and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment law.
Responsibilities:
Filing Scanning Computer data entry Must have minimal intermediate skills in Excel and Word software. Data entry to assist in payroll processes. Assisting with recruitment initiatives Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized. Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and comfortable learning new skills, take direction and be a positive team player.
