Administrative Assistant Conti LLC Position Summary Conti LLC is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, customer communication, data management, and administrative functions. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, supporting trade events and presentations, and ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to supporting both internal teams and external customers with professionalism and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Input and manage data in Service Trade. Create invoices and manage documents within company systems. Input data into accounting software. Assist with the planning, coordination, and participation of trade events and presentations. Assist with scheduling activities and provide customer updates as needed. Create and track deficiency quotes. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support office operations through data entry, filing, document management, and administrative coordination. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Provide administrative support to management and field personnel as required. Note that in certain situations or occasions overtime may be necessary. Follow up on duties deemed necessary by your supervisor. Work Environment Office-based position supporting administrative, customer service, accounting, and operational functions. Regular interaction with customers, vendors, management, and field personnel. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs, events, project deadlines, or customer requirements.
