We are seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk on-site in our Troy, MI office. This individual will be primarily responsible for providing support to the arbitration administrative assistant for assigned duties such as the following: Filing and document management organization and support Spreadsheet creation, modification and maintenance Open and close files internally and in the client's database Schedule meetings and manage calendars of practice group Perform special projects and tasks as assigned Provide best-in-class customer service by responding to administrative requests from legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys with timeliness, efficiency and accuracy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years relevant work experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, ability to learn in-house software Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effectively utilize available resources Work independently and within a team At Miller Canfield, we offer you the opportunity to simultaneously live your life and advance your career—really advance your career—in ways that matter most to you.
