We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in creating a smooth, professional experience for both our clients and our team. What Youll Do This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently and ensuring our clients receive the high level of service Berns is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Coordinate scheduling between clients, sales team, and operations Assist with estimate preparation and ensure all information is complete and accurate Maintain organized client files and job documentation (photos, notes, proposals) Follow up on estimates and client requestsnothing gets left behind Support A/R follow-up Keep internal systems (Aspire, email, files) organized and up to date Assist with general office coordination and team communication What Were Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities Proactive mindsetyou take initiative rather than waiting to be told Professional, positive, and team-oriented Experience in an office or administrative role preferred Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus Why Work at Berns?
