Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Print Operator / Office Services Associate for a contract opportunity in Warren, MI. This role supports daily office operations in a large, fast-paced facility by managing supplies, handling mail, assisting with basic printer issues, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the building. Key Responsibilities
- Order, organize, and stock office supplies, paper, toner, and related materials.
- Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail throughout the facility.
- Respond to basic printer issues and help coordinate support when needed.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service to employees and internal departments.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized supply areas.
- Push and pull carts throughout the building to transport mail and supplies. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$18 per hour.Schedule:

Warren, MI 48090. Required Qualifications and Skills- Support daily office services operations in a large facility.
- Manage supply stocking, mail distribution, and basic printer response tasks.
- Transport supplies and mail using a provided cart throughout the building.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative support, office services, mailroom, print, or related experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and helpful communication style.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep work areas organized.
- Comfortable with extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull supplies and carts as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, large-building environment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow daily procedures accurately. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in office services, mailroom support, print services, facilities support, or administrative operations.
- Experience troubleshooting basic printer or copier issues.
- Familiarity with stocking supplies, tracking inventory, or supporting multiple departments in a professional office setting.
