Union Position:

No Department Details Help support various departments with day to day operational priorities and special projects. Work Monday

•Friday days. Summary Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions. Job Description Prepare and manage routine correspondence, presentations, billing documentation, reimbursement requests, and monthly reports. Order, receive, organize, and dispense office and operational supplies as needed. Perform payroll-related administrative functions, including maintaining accurate timekeeping records and preparing and submitting information to payroll. Maintain master copies of company policies and procedures, ensuring manuals are current and properly updated. Administer the employee badge system, including issuing badges for new employees and processing badge reprints or replacements. Conduct fingerprinting for new staff as part of the background-check process. Perform additional administrative duties and provide support to staff and management as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Applicable experience preferred. Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
