Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant , where your organizational prowess and exceptional communication skills will keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to be the heartbeat of our administrative operations, supporting various departments with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for detail. Whether managing schedules, handling correspondence, or coordinating office functions, you'll play a vital role in creating a productive and welcoming environment for visitors. Your multitasking abilities and positive attitude will help propel our organization forward each day. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor while maintaining a tidy reception area Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to maintain accurate records Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism Experience Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Previous experience including filing, proofreading, and customer service roles preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding administrative support!
